Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring across functions, managing a team of recruiters, partnering with business leaders, and driving hiring excellence through data, process rigor, and stakeholder management. This role requires someone who understands that recruitment is not merely about filling positions, but about enabling business outcomes through the right talent strategy and execution. The incumbent will be expected to personally drive critical and leadership hiring mandates in addition to leading the TA team. While the individual will manage a TA team, they will be equally accountable for directly contributing to hiring closures, building talent pipelines, and delivering measurable recruitment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience • 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment teams. • Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions and levels, including niche and leadership roles. • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.

Competencies & Skills Must Have • Proven track record of independently closing positions across levels and functions. • Exceptional sourcing and talent mapping capability with demonstrated success in identifying passive talent. • Strong expertise in driving offers closures and candidate conversions. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities. • Advanced data analytics and recruitment reporting skills. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the larger organizational perspective. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Ability to drive outcomes in a high-accountability environment.

Preferred • Exposure to technology, digital, consulting, staffing, services, or high-growth business environments. • Experience in setting up TA processes, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms. • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
