Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead global talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions for each role.
• Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 12-25 years of experience in global talent acquisition or a related field.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in sales hiring (USA/US Sales).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working in an international setting with knowledge of different cultures and markets.
