• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in leadership hiring or recruiter management roles.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving targets in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the Indian IT staffing market and current trends in technology hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
