Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the entire Highland Group across all functions and business verticals.
• Work closely with Senior Management and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Develop strong talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and leadership positions.
• Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including offer negotiation and closures.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the TA team, ensuring productivity and timely hiring.
• Manage recruitment consultants, job portals, and sourcing channels effectively.
• Track hiring TAT, recruitment targets, MIS, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Agro Food / FMCG / Diversified Groups preferred.
• Strong expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, and Direct Sourcing.
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Result-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach to recruitment.
