Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading educational institutions.
• Lead a team of recruiters to identify, screen, and select candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in campus hiring or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale recruitment campaigns on college campuses across India.
• Strong understanding of industry trends
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
