Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 10–12 years of experience, preferably from the EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure / Construction industry. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, project, corporate and senior management positions, while also supporting and guiding the TA team in effectively closing open positions.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on in recruitment, have strong industry connections, and be comfortable handling senior-level and critical positions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, corporate and senior management positions.
• Handle recruitment for mid-level to senior-level profiles, including HODs, functional heads, project heads and other leadership positions.
• Independently source and close critical and niche positions within defined timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, internal databases and industry networks.
• Conduct preliminary screening and competency-based discussions with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies and project-specific manpower needs.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, notice-period negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future EPC project requirements.

Team Support & Coordination

• Assist and guide the TA team in closing open positions and achieving recruitment targets.
• Review recruitment requirements and allocate/coordinate positions within the TA team.
• Support team members with sourcing strategies for difficult-to-close and niche positions.
• Monitor recruitment progress, interview schedules, offers and joining status.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with the team on open positions and ensure timely closure.
• Step in and independently handle positions where the team requires additional support.
• Share market intelligence, sourcing techniques and best practices with the recruitment team.

Senior & Leadership Hiring

• Personally handle senior and leadership-level recruitment from sourcing to closure.
• Identify and engage senior professionals through headhunting, industry mapping, referrals and professional networks.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling senior-level recruitment.
• Partner with senior management and business leaders for critical hiring requirements.
• Develop a strong database/network of senior professionals within the EPC and allied industries.

EPC / Project Hiring

• Recruit for EPC functions including Engineering, Projects, Construction, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Finance and other support functions.
• Understand project manpower requirements and support time-bound project hiring.
• Handle both corporate and project/site-based recruitment requirements.
• Support bulk hiring as well as niche technical recruitment depending on project requirements.

Recruitment MIS & Process Management

• Track and monitor open positions, sourcing, interviews, offers, joining and recruitment TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and agencies wherever required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure or Construction industries.
• Strong experience in senior-level and leadership hiring.
• Proven ability to independently close critical and niche positions.
• Experience in supporting and guiding a TA/recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of technical and project-based recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Strong understanding of market salary trends and talent availability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with tight recruitment timelines.
