• Manage bulk hiring campaigns across various industries (Renewable) with a focus on volume hiring.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to deliver tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct campus placements in India to attract top talent.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
