Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Find active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate structured interviews.
• Hiring Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to define job needs and guide the offer process.
• Data and Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
