Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Retail Industry.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Strong understanding of recruitment management principles, including candidate sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
