Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr./Jr. Executive

Job Description & Core Responsibilities :-

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our healthcare facility in Borivali East, Mumbai. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier medical, nursing, and administrative talent to support our growing healthcare ecosystem.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, salary negotiation, and final onboarding.

• Healthcare Sourcing: Source specialized medical professionals, including Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), Staff Nurses, Technicians, Pharmacists, and administrative/support staff.

• Channel Management: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), professional networks, and social media channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Coordination & Interview Process: Line up interviews with department heads/medical directors, coordinate schedules, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, manage candidate databases, and ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing standards.

• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and medical roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Naukri Recruiter dashboard.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
