1. Source, headhunt sales profiles for Agency, Health Agency, Bancassurance channel at all levels.
2. Conduct Salary Negotiation with selected candidates
3. Onboarding and joining follow up
4. Maintain database i.e. recruitment trackers, candidate trackers

Post Graduate with strong command over excel and focused on achieving hiring targets
