Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, team handling, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and non-IT/volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements.
• Manage recruitment targets, hiring timelines, and team performance.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters.
• Handle volume hiring and lateral hiring across multiple functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
• Manage candidate engagement, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement suitable solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Prior experience in a Recruitment Lead / Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruitment Manager / TA Manager role preferred.
• Candidates with strong team-handling and non-IT/volume recruitment experience will be preferred.
