Talent Acquisition Manager (Non IT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment, optimize hiring costs, and build scalable sourcing capabilities aligned with business growth.

The role will drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, workforce planning, recruitment technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring quality hiring, operational efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements and workforce plans.
• Lead mass hiring and end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies within defined TAT and quality benchmarks.
• Build a robust talent pipeline through market mapping, proactive sourcing, referrals, social media, job portals, and recruitment partners.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks and improve sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and offer-to-joining ratios.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Partner with Operations, HR Business Partners, Workforce Management, Training, and business leaders to address hiring requirements.
• Provide market intelligence and data-backed recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.

3. Technology, Analytics & Process Excellence

• Drive effective use of HRMS, recruitment automation, and AI-enabled hiring tools to improve recruiter productivity and process efficiency.
• Develop recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to monitor TAT, source mix, conversion rates, cost per hire, and hiring performance.
• Standardize recruitment processes, maintain data accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, with substantial exposure to non IT mass or high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment delivery in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices and employment requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in BPO, contact centers, customer service, or similar high-volume hiring environments.
• Exposure to ATS, HRMS, recruitment automation, and AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize hiring costs, improve sourcing strategies, and leverage recruitment analytics.
• Strong team leadership and the ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR
