Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring requirements.
3. Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
4. Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
5. Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
6. Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
7. Oversee candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting.
8. Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining follow-ups.
9. Prepare recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and pipeline updates.
10. Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners.
11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
12. Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency.
13. Plan workforce requirements in alignment with business goals.
14. Monitor recruiter productivity and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA/PGDM with 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
4. Proficiency in Naukri Resdex and other hiring portals.
5. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
6. Sales hiring experience preferred.
