Vayura HR & Advisors is hiring for a reputed, large financial services organisation with branches across India.

You will hire front-line sales staff for the branches in your city and the locations around it. Hiring is in volume and continues every month.

What the job involves:

Plan the monthly hiring numbers with the business heads of your location, and close each position within the agreed time.

Source candidates through job portals, campuses, walk-in drives, employee referrals and local networks.

Screen and interview candidates, and handle the offer and joining of each hire.

Stay in touch with selected candidates until the day they join.

Organise hiring drives in the smaller towns of your location when the branches need them.

Keep the hiring records and report the numbers to the business and HR heads every week.

Desired candidate profile

Full time MBA in HR.

7 to 12 years in talent acquisition, with volume hiring of sales staff in banking, NBFC, insurance or a recruitment firm. Talent acquisition professionals from other sectors who have hired in volume may apply.

Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager level.

Speaks the local language of the city, and English.

Lives in the city of the posting.

Wants a long-term career with a stable organisation.
