Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our recruitment strategy in Chennai, serving as a pivotal architect for our human capital growth. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, partnering directly with global business heads and senior leadership to align hiring initiatives with long-term organizational objectives. You will be responsible for shaping our employer brand, driving high-impact leadership hiring, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion across all business units. By bridging the gap between business requirements and market talent, you will directly influence our competitive edge and ensure that we attract, engage, and retain the industrys top-tier professionals to drive sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that support global business expansion and meet aggressive headcount targets across diverse functions.

- Lead high-stakes leadership hiring mandates by building robust executive pipelines and managing complex negotiations with senior-level candidates.

- Elevate our employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice, leveraging digital platforms and industry networks to attract passive talent.

- Oversee campus hiring programs to build a sustainable talent funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from academic excellence to professional performance.

- Partner with global stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, providing data-driven insights that optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.

- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives by integrating inclusive hiring practices into every stage of the recruitment lifecycle to build a balanced and high-performing workforce.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in candidate experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment operations with 12 to 18 years of experience in high-growth environments.

- Proven ability to navigate complex global stakeholder landscapes, influencing senior leadership through clear communication and strategic foresight.

- Exceptional proficiency in executive search methodologies and the ability to manage high-touch, sensitive leadership mandates with discretion and professionalism.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable business intelligence that informs hiring strategy.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term relationships with internal partners and external candidates alike.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Chennai, maintaining high levels of team engagement and operational efficiency across distributed teams.
