Minimum Requirements -

• Proven experience in leading corporate Talent Acquisition teams and driving hiring strategies across businesses and functions.
• Experience in process industries, chemicals, metals, mining, energy, automotive, engineering, building materials, or other manufacturing-led sectors.
• Experience in developing TA frameworks, policies, governance mechanisms, and scalable hiring practices.
• The ability to partner with business leaders and advise on talent strategy, workforce planning, and critical leadership hiring.
• Experience in HR or management consulting would be an added advantage.
• A track record of leveraging technology, digitisation, automation, and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce cycle times.
