Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon

Position: Senior Recruiter / Lead – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 8–12+ Years preferred

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Mandatory: D2C industry experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing channels.
• Build strong talent pipelines for mid-level, senior, leadership, and niche positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess functional, technical, and cultural fit.
• Drive stakeholder management and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring quality.
• Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to improve hiring outcomes.
• Independently manage multiple hiring mandates and ensure timely position closures.

What We're Looking For

Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.

Mandatory D2C industry experience.

Proven experience in senior, leadership, and niche hiring.

Excellent sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and passive talent channels.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.

Data-driven approach with a focus on recruitment metrics and hiring quality.

Experience in startups, product-led, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred.

Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
