Must-have

• 8 to 12 years of progressive TA experience, ideally in technology, consulting, SaaS, GCC, or high-growth environments

• Strong track record hiring for leadership, technical, and business-critical roles

• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders

• Strong grasp of talent markets, sourcing strategy, assessment methods, and recruitment analytics

• High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity building structure where process is still evolving

• A builder mindset: energized by creating and scaling, not by operating inside an already-built machine
