Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:The Blue Collar Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and frontline workforce roles across multiple locations. The candidate will manage bulk hiring requirements, ensure timely closures, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions such as:
• Bus Captains / Drivers
• Ground Staff
• Field Executives
• Manage bulk and mass hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, consultants, social media, job fairs, and local hiring drives.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer rollout, and joining.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding activities.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within timelines.
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.

Required Skills:

• Experience in blue-collar or mass hiring recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 Years of experience in blue-collar hiring, staffing, logistics, transportation, or operations recruitment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in logistics, travel, mobility, transportation, staffing, or e-commerce industries.
• Experience hiring Drivers, Bus Associates, Ground Staff, and operational workforce.
