Need to manage Team

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions across various functions, including leadership hiring, niche hiring, strategic hiring, and lateral hiring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market mapping to identify top talent in the industry and source candidates through various channels such as headhunting, executive search firms, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria for senior-level positions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field with expertise in BFSI sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns for senior-level positions.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
