About this role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursing, paramedical, administrative and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and partner with department heads to close positions within defined TAT and manpower budgets.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollout, documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for critical and recurring healthcare positions.
- Drive bulk hiring and specialized hiring for hospital professionals.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and effective pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, vacancy status and hiring cost.
- Coordinate with HR BP team to ensure seamless onboarding and joining of selected candidate
