Job Objective:

• To ensure recruiting right talent for the organization in a most efficient & systematic manner.

Roles & Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital - Clinical and non- clinical positions.
• Handle core Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Manage volume as well as critical hiring requirements.
• Handle offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate follow-ups, end-to-end compliances and documentation process.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure hiring is completed within defined TAT and recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Key Mandates

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Must have hospital experience.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
• Handle critical & volume hiring within TAT.
• Ensure quality hiring and quick closures.
• Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
