Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across retail stores, including bulk hiring and headhunting.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source candidates from diverse backgrounds (blue collar, sales, leadership).
  
• Plan manpower requirements based on business needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet targets.
  
• Ensure seamless employee onboarding process by coordinating with HR team and other stakeholders.
  
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
