Talent Acquisition Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent, build relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain a strong employer brand.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in executive hiring or leadership hiring roles.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions through effective sourcing methods (e.g., headhunting).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
