• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and utilize applicant tracking systems for efficient process management.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates, enhancing our employer brand presence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
