Talent Acquisition Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent from universities and technical institutes.
• Manage and oversee NAPS programs to build a skilled apprentice and trainee pipeline.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team and HR professionals.
• Provide regular guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the recruitment team.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports, analysing hiring metrics and progress.
• Build strong relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and talent market.
• Experience with campus hiring and campus engagement programs.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
