Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end hiring for business, technology, product, marketing, operations, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate should be a strategic talent partner with strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and experience hiring for critical and niche positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from role understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for business-critical and leadership positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Drive stakeholder management and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Perform market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring quality.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong experience in hiring mid, senior, leadership, and niche roles.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in startup, D2C, product, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
