Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, KYC, AML, Claims, Trade Operations, Corporate Actions, and related domains. The individual will function at a Team Coach level, providing guidance to recruiters while ensuring delivery against hiring targets, quality metrics, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for BFSI operations, middle office, back office, and banking roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback management, offer rollout, and candidate engagement.
• Track and manage recruitment SLAs, TAT, pipeline health, ageing, and conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate reports and dashboards on hiring status, closures, and productivity metrics.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and process adherence.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and high offer-to-join conversion.
• Support hiring drives, walk-ins, bulk hiring initiatives, and niche BFSI requirements.

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to BFSI hiring.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and stakeholder expectations.
