Net2Source is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead with deep expertise in US staffing and executive hiring. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top-tier sales leaders, delivery leaders, and senior executives who will contribute to Net2Source's growth strategy.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead- Executive Hiring

Location: Noida, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, and strategic sales positions.
• Develop and execute executive search strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and confidential searches.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and leadership talent intelligence.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Drive hiring metrics, reporting, and recruitment process improvements.
• Strengthen employer branding and executive candidate engagement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide recruiters supporting leadership hiring efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on US Staffing.
• Demonstrated success hiring sales leaders, account executives, directors, VPs, and other leadership positions.
• Strong executive search and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience interacting with senior executives and C-suite leadership.
• Ability to manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other executive search platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large staffing or workforce solutions organizations.
• Prior experience recruiting for US-based sales and staffing leadership roles.
• Exposure to global talent acquisition practices.
