Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead – Automobile with strong experience in automobile industry recruitment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment, especially for sales and other automobile-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle recruitment for automobile sales, showroom, DSA, service and other business roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
• Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
• Build a strong talent pool of candidates from the automobile industry.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
• Support employee onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of Recruitment experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong experience in automobile sales recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
