Talent Acquisition, L&D, Employee Engagement & OD

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR professional to manage and support key people initiatives across Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Organizational Development (OD). The role will partner with business leaders and employees to strengthen talent processes, employee experience, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment partners, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

2. Learning & Development

• Identify training and capability-building requirements in consultation with business teams.
• Coordinate the annual/quarterly learning calendar.
• Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and leadership interventions.
• Manage training vendors and ensure effective program delivery.
• Track training participation, feedback, and learning effectiveness.
• Support competency development, career development, and succession planning initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Conduct employee connect programs, engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze employee feedback and coordinate action plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize employee events, recognition programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Support initiatives focused on employee experience, culture, and retention.

4. Organizational Development

• Support organization-wide OD and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist in competency mapping, job evaluation, and organizational structure reviews.
• Support performance management and goal-setting processes.
• Assist with succession planning and talent reviews.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, SOPs, and frameworks.
• Support change management and other organization transformation initiatives.

5. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Support onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and dashboards.
• Coordinate with payroll and other HR teams on employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes.
• Prepare regular HR MIS and management reports.
