Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening profiles against role requirements, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. The intern will help maintain candidate databases, update tracking sheets, and support communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. Additional tasks may involve assisting with drafting job postings, conducting basic market or role research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a basic understanding of hiring processes.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.
• Ability to use online tools and platforms for candidate sourcing, data entry, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with proactive time management and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program; coursework related to HR, Business, or Management is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in startup ecosystems, corporate careers, or student upskilling initiatives is beneficial.
