Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, campus hiring, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Support onboarding processes for selected candidates and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
