About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, availability, and interview schedules.
• Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview status updates.
• Job Posting: Publish job openings on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates and interviewers regarding interview feedback and next steps.
• Documentation: Assist with recruitment-related documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Recruitment Support: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple candidates and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
