About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across Talent Acquisition Operations, Interview Coordination, Candidate Screening, Reporting & Analytics, and Stakeholder Management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a strong foundation in recruitment operations while gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process improvement, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer and onboarding coordination activities as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with recruitment process documentation and operational excellence initiatives.

Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and basic role fit.
• Share relevant candidate insights with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Support candidate pipeline management and follow-up activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Track key Talent Acquisition metrics including Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Health, Interview Activity, and Hiring Volumes.
• Analyze recruitment data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders.

Power BI & Excel

• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI.
• Perform data analysis and data validation using advanced Excel functions and Pivot Tables.
• Support dashboard enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment data across reporting platforms.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to support hiring activities.
• Provide timely updates regarding interview schedules, candidate status, and hiring progress.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams to ensure efficient recruitment operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Completed a Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Interest in people analytics, talent acquisition operations, and process improvement.
