Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

The TA Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and follow-ups, maintaining hiring data, managing candidate communication, and supporting campus and day-to-day hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the TA team in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate candidate calls, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate trackers and update hiring data regularly.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining.
• Support campus and other hiring activities as required.
• Assist the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

What we are looking for:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers pursuing/recently completed graduation in HR, Management, BBA, B.Com or a related field can be considered
