Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

ImpactGuru is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and HR are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
