We’re a lean, fast-moving talent team scaling hiring across multiple functions at once. This role will help us hire more efficiently without sacrificing the candidate experience.  

H ow You'll Make an Impact  

Every candidate’s first real interaction with Konovo will run through our Talent Acquisition Intern. How fast and how well we coordinate that first touchpoint often decides whether a strong candidate stays engaged or drifts to another offer. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will be the engine behind faster hiring by owning coordination for our top-of-funnel pipeline so our team can spend more time identifying great talent. We hire to the same standard for every role: smart, nice, gets things done. You’ll turn scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication into a seamless process that keeps hiring on track and great candidates engaged, all while seeing firsthand how a global talent team identifies and hires great people.  

Own interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple open reqs, coordinating calendars for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.  

Schedule and confirm early-stage interviews quickly so great candidates don’t go cold waiting on logistics.  

Partner directly with our Technical Recruiter to triage top-of-funnel volume and flag bottlenecks before they become backlogs.  

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Greenhouse so pipeline data reflects reality.  

Communicate proactively with candidates to confirm details and keep the experience sharp, even at high volume.  

Email, text, and sometimes call candidates to help connect them with the team, serving as the face of Konovo in every interaction and supporting a strategic company initiative through direct candidate engagement.  

Greet candidates during onsite interviews, helping them feel welcome and prepared from the moment they arrive.  

What We're Looking For  

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under volume — you won't let anything slip through the cracks.  

Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable corresponding directly with candidates and hiring managers.  

Proactive and resourceful — you flag problems early and figure out solutions rather than waiting to be told.  

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment where priorities shift.  

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree; no prior recruiting experience required.  

Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus, not a requirement.  

Role Logistics  

Term: 3-month internship, with potential to extend based on business need and performance.  

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, India (Hybrid).

Hours:  2:00pm-11:00pm IST, UK Shift

Scope: Supports scheduling and coordination across open reqs in Engineering, prioritized by hiring urgency.
