Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview

As a Trainee - Talent Acquisition Intern, your primary responsibility is to assist the HR and recruitment teams in finding and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in finding and screening resumes across various job boards and channels.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule assessments and interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Data Tracking: Use advanced Excel to maintain and analyse recruitment pipelines.
• Job Postings: Support the creation of job descriptions and update active listings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Traits: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
