OVERVIEW

Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, gaining hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Support

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Recruitment Operations & MIS

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and trackers

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
