Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews and selection processes.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.
• Support in preparing and sharing job descriptions and hiring communications.
• Assist with candidate documentation, offer processes, and pre-joining formalities.
• Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support the team in market mapping and talent research for critical and niche positions.
• Assist in various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives such as employer branding, campus hiring, and process improvement.

What Were Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Prior exposure to recruitment or HR through coursework, projects, or internships would be an added advantag
