Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, and recruitment coordination. You'll be part of the hiring process and help connect potential candidates with opportunities at Crio.Do.

Location: Bangalore

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000/month

PPO Opportunity: Based on performance

What you'll work on:

• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels

• Cold calling and candidate engagement

• Initial candidate screening

• Interview coordination & follow-ups

• Maintaining candidate databases

• Supporting recruitment drives & employer branding

Who can apply

Students or recent graduates from HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Good communication skills and confidence in cold calling

Eager to learn and build a career in recruitment
