Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.

Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with any additional recruitment or operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Sheets.
