Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-enabled HR Technical Intern who will support
end-to-end recruitment activities while also managing SmartHyres LinkedIn presence. This
role blends talent acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, candidate coordination,
and employer branding/content management.
This internship is ideal for MBA (HR) final-year students or freshers who want real-world
exposure to modern recruitment tools and AI-driven hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Build and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and collect feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Candidate & Client Coordination
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding roles, expectations, and timelines
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and interview availability
Follow up with candidates for interview confirmation and status updates
Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment coordination

Manage SmartHyres LinkedIn Company Page
Post job openings regularly on the company page
Create and publish recruitment creatives and engagement posts
Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
Engage with comments, messages, and basic LinkedIn analytics
Tools & Modern Recruitment Practices
Use LinkedIn Recruiter effectively for sourcing and outreach
Use ChatGPT/AI tools for sourcing ideas, candidate messaging, and content drafts
Experiment with modern recruitment methods and automation where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
MBA (HR / Talent Management) Final Year Student or Fresher
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Basic understanding of HR and hiring processes
Willingness to learn LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based tools
