Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for talent acquisition candidates who can participate in our internship program. Candidates who make successful placements will be hired as Talent Acquisition Executives with Industry-standard salaries. During the internship program, candidates are also eligible for commission-based remuneration for every successful hire.

Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Experience: Nil / Fresher

Location: Remote (Anywhere)

Internship Period: 2 Months

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Sourcing, and screening high-quality candidates from job portals and social media channels
• Talking to the right candidates & explaining the accurate job description; generating the exact skill-set of candidates/applicants
• Enable smooth onboarding of candidates by ensuring consistent liaison between your team and candidate pool.
• Scheduling Interviews
• Assist your team in handling end-to-end recruitment

Required Skills:

• English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
• MS-Excel
