Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Actively source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and Naukri. Review resumes against open job specifications.
• Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate timings between candidates and hiring managers, and manage interview calendars.
• Initial Screening: Conduct first-round telephonic screening calls using a structured script to evaluate basic fitment, communication skills, and alignment.
• Database Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and maintain an organized pipeline of passive candidates.
• Employer Branding & Support: Assist with posting job openings on various job portals and social channels, and help organize campus recruitment or hiring drives if required.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding candidate personal data, test scores, and compensation details.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a huge plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and an approachable, enthusiastic personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness.
