Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Support the TA team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes against defined job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist recruiters with candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and offer-related activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and update hiring trackers/ATS.
• Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other TA initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research on talent availability, skills, and hiring trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition/HR.
• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
