Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Madurai. You will play a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to successful onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support

• Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
• Screening: Review incoming resumes to match candidates against job descriptions and organizational requirements.
• Coordination: Manage interview scheduling. Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing status updates and maintaining high engagement throughout the process.

2. Onboarding Excellence

• Documentation: Prepare and distribute offer letters, manage the collection and verification of new-hire documentation.
• Integration: Conduct orientation sessions and support new hires during their first week to facilitate a positive and efficient transition.
• Data Management: Ensure all candidate and new-hire records are accurately maintained.

3. Employer Branding & Job Flyer Execution

• Design & Content: Create visually engaging job flyers for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) that align with company branding.
• Multi-Channel Posting: Execute the distribution of job flyers across open social platforms & job boards to maximize reach.
