Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and understand their career interests.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the team in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist with various recruitment and HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills
Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Proactive, energetic and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
